MY ACCOUNT

Write us an e-mail with the subject ‘’Delete account’’ and your name. We will delete your account. Please share with us why you choose to delete your account at Sprezstyle. We would like to know your background, so that we can constantly improve our service. If you choose to delete your account permanently, we would like to thank you for the time you spent on Sprezstyle. We wish you all the best.

 

To use all functions at Sprezstyle.com, you need to login first. For that you need to type in your e-mail address and password on the login page.

Go to Login and click on 'Forgotten your password'. We will email you a new temporary password.

MY ORDER

  • Write us an email with the subject ‘’Wrong order’’ and your order number.
  • We’ll send you a shipping label - Print it, stick it on the package and ship back
  • Your package arrives and we ship you a new one + 5% coupon

We apologize for false order and hope for your understanding. You also get a 5% coupon.

 

  1. Order again with your same address
  2. Write us an email and name both order numbers
  3. You’ll get refunded immediately the shipping costs for ‘one’ order
  4. We ship then everything together as one package

  1. Condition: Your order has not yet been shipped. Normally we ship at the same day or immediately on the next.
  2. Write us an e-mail immediately with subject: Changing/Cancellation and your order number
  3. If your order has not been shipped, we change/ cancel your order
  4. You’ll receive a confirmation

  3. We’ll send you a new order confirmation

  1. Product is damaged or not usable?
  2. Send us a brief description where the damage lies
  3. Make two photos of the damage and add them to the mail (damage must be seen at least in one photo)
  4. We’ll check it out and send you a shipping label
  5. Print it, stick it on the package and ship back
  6. Your package arrives and we ship you a new one

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please note the delivery time for your country. If you have not received your order according to that delivery time, please write us. Use the contact form or contact us by phone at +49 (0) 163 4430926. We check out your order and inform you promptly about the status.

We ship the packages with our trusted partner DHL and therefore your order is fully insured. After we shipped your order, you receive an email confirmation by DHL with a tracking code. You can track and trace your package until you receive it.

If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

Germany: 1-2 workdays

Austria/Switzerland/Luxembourg: Basic Shipping 3-5 workdays / DHL Shipping 2-3 workdays/p>
