Womanizer Matt Clay Mysterious Paintings provides a firm hold, matte finish and washes out easily for an oil-based clay.

Scent: Mysterious Paintings- Blends orange blossom, tangerine, bergamot and lemon with sweet floral notes of jasmine, lily of the valley, rose.

Remove one to two knuckles of the product from the can and emulsify between the palms. Apply to dry hair, starting in the crown and working toward front. Work scalp to ends and liberally coat hair. Use more Clay over any dry spots if necessary, and finish by combing hair into desired shape.

Hält sehr fest, beim einarbeiten mit dem Fön erwärmen wenn Mann sich keine Haare herausreißen will. Relativ matt und für den Halt überraschend einfach zum Auswaschen.

Performance so nice wie der Duft

War persönlich sehr angetan von den Womanizer Produkten, die Düfte und deren Design auf dem ersten Blick, daher hab ich es mal gewagt das Clay auszutesten. Üblicherweise nicht meine Schiene, da ich eher zu WB Clays greife auf Grund meiner feinen Haare. Hier muss man natürlich unterscheiden, wer was unter einem matten Finish versteht. Für die klassischen Pomadeschmierer unter euch wird die perfekt "trockenmatt" wirken. Dann gibt es welche wie mich, die eher modernere Frisuren bevorzugen und das (jedenfalls ohne zusätzliche Pre-Styler) eben NICHT der Fall ist. Ein OB Clay in dieser Form nach den Inhaltsstoffen wird kein 100% mattes Ergebnis (jedenfalls sofort nach Anwendung) erzielen. Bei meinen feinen Haaren muss ich etwas vorsichtiger sein, OB Clays haben eine gewisse Lernkurve. Viel Layern (nicht alles auf einmal, lieber kleinere Mengen mehrmals) ist hier zu empfehlen. Habe in meinem Fall knapp 2 Haselnussgrößen verwendet. Habe das auf etwa 4 Fingerspitzen an Clay verteilt, damit ich im trockenen Haar keine Probleme bekomme. Nicht verzweifeln, wenn das am Anfang ggf. etwas glänzend aussieht oder sich nicht stark genug anfühlt wenn man noch nicht das ganze Produkt in den Haaren verteilt hat. Das endgültige Finish kommt bei OB Clays in meinem Fall immer 30-60 Minuten nach dem Styling. Die Wachse ziehen an, werden fest und ich habe als Endresultat im geföhnten Haar ohne Pre-Styler ein seidigmattes oder je nach Menge natürliches Finish mit festem Halt. Da zuckt nix und dann sieht's auch nicht fettig aus. Kombiniert mit einer Volumizing Cream wie z.B. The Devil oder Nubibus wird das schön matt, bombenfester Halt ist auch da und man hat keine Flyaways, quasi das Beste aus der OB- und WB-Welt. Für lockere Styles würde ich es eher Leuten mit dicken Haaren empfehlen, die schon von Natur aus sehr trocken sind und viele Flyaways vorprogrammiert sind. Hier kriege ich persönlich schöne strukturierte aber moderne Frisuren hin wie z.B. eine in Form gekämmte, moderne Scheitelfrisur. Der Duft ist auch der Wahnsinn - ein sanfter, frischer, leicht süßlicher Zitrusduft (kein Klostein). Habe es so in der Form noch nicht gerochen, er ist auch schön präsent aber beißt sich nicht mit dem Cologne/Parfum. Da hat Carsten echt ein Meisterwerk gezaubert! Fazit: nicht meine go-to Kategorie für ein Clay, aber für das was es ist werden viele Spaß daran haben und ich habe was Ideales für meine Scheitelfrisur entdeckt! :)
