As a kid growing up my job was to clean the woolshed floors so the shearer's had a tidy workplace when they started each morning, cleanliness is next to godliness and all that. I have two outstanding recollections of that time, the first is learning to roll a cigarette, the other is the smell of the soap the shearing gangs used to scrub with before heading to 'smoko'. Like all good memories the facts have no doubt been embellished with time, but when making this body soap it was that smell we wanted and perhaps more importantly the association with a hard days work, that it evoked.

The high unsaponifiable content in olive oil gives the shower soap regenerating, caring and antioxidant properties and also makes it suitable for sensitive skin. The coconut soap also contains a skin-friendly plus of unsaponified coconut oil and therefore has a pleasant moisturizing effect on the skin from use to use. The soft, very supple and full-bodied foam efficiently unfolds its effective cleaning power on the skin. The contained activated carbon from coconut gives the vegan shower soap its gray color and makes it a real eye-catcher. The shower soap is suitable for men of all skin types and helps to avoid flaky and dry skin. With 6% excess fat from the contained organic babassu oil, organic jojoba oil and organic hemp oil, dry skin ultimately has no chance after the daily shower. The scent naturally goes in the typical GØLD's direction. If you describe this explicitly with the shower soap, you have to imagine the following: You stand in the shower, close your eyes while you lather the soap, which, by the way, happens very quickly. A light scent rises into your nose and you know immediately that it is a soap, although it smells less like a normal soap. A masculine, slightly spicy and yet fresh aroma spreads very discreetly.
